    CROSS - DOKING

    Pre-Distribuited Cross Docking

    The supplier ships the material from their factory, properly organized according to the client’s instructions (KLT, containment units, etc.). Once received at our MAF, the material is directed straight to the dispatch points. We have dedicated TPA areas, where distributions are efficiently managed and organized, adapting to the different loading schedules defined by the client.

    El proveedor envía el material desde su fábrica y Marvi Logística lo recepciona para su acondicionamiento inmediato. En nuestra área de preparación, se realizan procesos de repack, picking y otras operaciones, siempre siguiendo las instrucciones del cliente. Posteriormente, el material se sitúa en la zona TPA, listo para su envío en el transporte según el horario establecido por nuestros clientes.

    Review and selection of parts

    Marvi Logística has a specialised internal Human Resources department dedicated to the inspection, classification and selection of all types of parts.

    This activity is carried out with the aim of guaranteeing total conformity and quality in the shipments made by our suppliers to our customers, minimising incidents and ensuring compliance with the established requirements.

    Our team carries out sorting operations both at the customer's facilities and in our own plants, adapting to the operational needs of each project.

    We work flexible hours, covering any time of the week and responding to specific or continuous demands for classification and selection, both from clients and suppliers.

    • Receipt and management of delivery schedulesthrough daily manifests, email orders, Kanban tags and specific programmes such as E-CarThe traceability and control is guaranteed at all times.

    • Supplier Manifest Managementwith daily delivery planning and precise scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination with suppliers and carriers.

    • Email order management and 24h express services

      Marvi Logística operates continuously from lunes a viernes de 06:00 h a 22:00 h y Saturdays, 06:00h to 14:00h.

      For needs outside these hours, we provide our customers with a 24-hour hotline service, 365 days a yearguaranteeing immediate response to any emergency.

    • Management using a Kanban systemwith detailed labelling that includes references, quantities, number of boxes per pallet and product range, optimising material flow and stock control.

    • Strict application of the FIFO (First In, First Out) methodensuring proper inventory rotation and compliance with industry quality standards.

    • Internal computerised systembased on the use of PDA and barcode scanningwhich enables the identification, control, dispatch and traceability of all materials, with fully coded shelving.

    • Design and organisation of specific operational areas in all our plantsclearly marked and painted, intended for:

       

      • Review and control of materials

      • Location of rejected material

      • Safe movement of personnel

      • Loading and unloading movements

      • Areas adapted for lorry operations
