CROSS - DOKING
Cross Docking PRE-DISTRIBUTED, the supplier sends us the material from his factory, organised as indicated by the client (KLT, containment units, etc.). We receive it at our PRT, and the material is sent to our departure points. At Marvi Logística S.L. we have a suitable area for the TPA, where the distribution of the materials is organised in one of the different loading schedules.
Cross Docking CONSOLIDATED, the supplier sends the material from his factory. Marvi Logística receives it and immediately sends it to the packaging area. There it is prepared (Repack, picking...) always following the client's instructions, and placed in the TPA area, for its subsequent dispatch in the transport (timetable imposed by our clients).


Review and selection of parts
Internal human resources department for the review, classification and selection of all types of parts. We carry out this activity in order to guarantee 100% of the deliveries from our suppliers to our customers. We carry out, with our staff, classifications of parts both at our client's plant and internally. We work in any type of weekly schedule, and under any classification or selection demand from our customers and suppliers.
Mixed methods
Receipt of delivery orders (daily manifests, orders by email, Kanban labels, E-Car programme...).

Orders by email and 24h urgencies (Marvi Logística is open continuously from 06:00h to 22:00h from Monday to Friday, Saturdays from 06:00h to 14:00h. For any type of time slot outside the above-mentioned, our customers will have a telephone number that attends them 24 hours a day, every day of the year).
Kanban labels (Indicating references, quantities and number of boxes to be shipped per pallet. Range)

Internal computerised system with PDA and barcode for reading and dispatching of any material (coded shelves).
In all our plants, areas created (AND properly painted) for revision, placement of rejected material, personal movement, loading and unloading movement, with an area adapted for trucks.
